The executor is not being very nice to me.

The executor to my parents estate keeps trying to put me into care or somewhere where I will be looked after and I have proven I do not need this, he has employed a gang to do make me appear to be mentally unbalanced, to force my being looked after, I get very little money, again, to force to courts to think that I am unable to cope alone, and need looking after, why? I have proven I have no need to be looked after in any way, shape or form!

Anneka, this is a very serious situation and I would report this executor if I was you. Apart from the fact that s/he is trying to stop you getting your inheritance, they are causing you upset and stressing you. You are being victimised and that's against the law.

Can you go to the police? Get as much evidence for what this person is doing and go to them. Do you have friends or other family who can vouch for you not needing care? Get them on side too.

The only evidence I have is on my online diaries and from reports I got from a friend of a friend, who was tapping the executor's phone line.

I have no family any more, dad died in 1992, when it all began, and mum died in 1998 of Alzheimer;'s disease.

Don't apologise - what are you saying sorry for? I still think you should report this person, the very least that should happen is that someone else will be assigned executor.

I'm sorry you are so upset but this person needs dealing with. Is this being dealth with by a solicitor? Maybe you could start with him/her?

I tried reporting him to the police here, but without evidence, they will do nothing, they will not even believe me.
Another thing he did was :- He also FORCED me to undergo a psychiatric assessment, by saying to me YOU EITHER GO THROUGH WITH IT, OR YOU ARE OUT ON THE STREET, hardly a statement to relax anyone, and then promptly sold both of our houses, my mums in Mallorca and my dads in Glasgow, without a word to me, and liquidated my fathers company too, again, without a word to me.
I WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER EXECUTOR, IF THE MONEY IS THERE, I WOULD RATHER PAY THE BILLS MYSELF, DIRECT DEBIT OR WHATEVER IT TAKES, MAN, NEVER AGAIN, LET ME TELL YOU THAT!!!!
I went through so many lawyers, I lost track of them all, I phoned advice agencies all over the UK, all I got was a huge phone bill, even a PI came up empty.
Without evidence, what can I do? There never is any left, this is really happening, believe me, please, I would never waste my own time, if this were not a reality!!!!

I tried to copy a screen print of what happened, I got in a tangle doing so, so I will try to describe it as best as I can, by copying an email I have already sent :-

I have just signed onto the internet, to log onto your forum, I clicked on my stored link, thinking it would take me straight there, it could not find it, I tried other stored links, nothing, so I tried clicking on the bit that said click on www.goodtoknow.co.uk and what am I looking at? www.horseandhound.co.uk (an equestrian website) not what I wanted at all.

I have no idea how this happened, but I did hear some clicking in my house (they tap my phone line too) before I logged on, I was watching a DVD at the time, I cannot explain this, as I am not a computer tech, all I know is, it happened, this is what they do also, to prevent my story getting out to the public.
