hi yet another wet windy & depressing day!!! The weather is horrible for being june dont no about anyone else but weve hardly had any good weather for it being the summer. A few nice days scattered here and there but nothing really to say it is summer. More like winter all year round getting. This may sound stupid but i always worry if our summers like this whats winter goin to be like? really cold wet windy (bit like summer really lol). The sun etc is supposed to realise happy hormones that make you feel good, weather keeps goin like this were all goin to have depression!! feel sorry for all kids (including mine) who are of for summer they cant get out. T in the parks on this weekend so i suppose we should expect rain all weekend a this always happens when t in theparks on. (Ive never been dont fancy it at all!). Take care hope the weathers nice whereever you are. x

I know just what you mean - it's all wind and rain here too! I reckon it's humans messing up the environment that's done it - we used to have proper weather, do you remember? Hot summers, hose pipe bans because of lack of water, then 5 feet of snow in winter.

I feel sorry for kids too - it's been raining all week and they can't play in the garden or go out on their bikes! I'm getting a bit tired of trying to dry washing too!

Also, I hate to break it to you, Fee Fee, but it's July, not June *lol*

Don't sweat the small stuff. It will make you stinky.

It's been lovely weather here all weekend! Woohoo - lots of sunshine. A bit windy, but I'mnot complaining! But what have I spent the weekend doing? Catching up with the washing and ironing!

I did exactly the same! I reckon I've got a bit of washing obsession - well that's what my husband tells me! But I find it so much more satisfying than dusting or Hoovering. My eldest son was away working this weekend. When he came home last night I couldn't wait to tell him I'd changed his bed, washed his towels and his dressing gown! I've got a week off soon and I can pretty well bet I'll do extra washing to celebrate. Madness!

That is madness *lol* I wouldn't say I've got a washing obsession but it is very satisfying to know the washing and ironing's all done. I like hoovering and mopping (yes, I actually like it!) but I don't dust - that's what my children get their pocket money for :o)

My biggest rage comes from the fact that everyone leaves their shows and trainers by the front door. And I mean, leaves. They never take them up to their rooms. My eldest son has size 12 feet while my husband and middle son have size 11. Some of their trainers look like small boats. On Saturday morning I put them up the stairs in the hope they'd take them on their way up - there were 10 pairs between them!

*lol* I used to play hell with my hubby because he wouldn't put his shoes away, they would stay by the kitchen bin while he was home. He said that he would buy a shoe cupboard to stop me moaning.

So now his shoes stand by the shoe cupboard when he's home - aaaaargh!

My girls are usually good at putting their shoes and things away. Mainly because I've threatened to (and have) thrown away stuff they've left lying out :o)

It's just their dad who's the problem!
