  Hi i am new here

i am 24 years old and we have only been trying a frew months . MY last period was in october i am not regular and was 43 days apart . i was due on  friday but nothing . i started last week with symptoms of pregnancy increase in appetite , heartburn ,  late period on day 5 today  feeling sick all day  felt better after food. do 2 test both negative. been loo today and there was bright red blood on paper is this my period   i started with stomach cramps not heavy just noitable. sorry for rambling and if it doesnt make sense.

if you're worried got and speak to your gp or practise nurse. if you're periods are really irregular try using an ovulation kit, it tells you when you are ovulating, not very romantic but it worked for me. good luckx

hi

i spoke to the nurse on monday and all she said was test again. About me not been regular all they say is the weight isnt helping  try and lose some weight .  I went the herbalist and asked for help there said have agnus catus i try this for a frew months and it hep  i stoped taking in september cos i was gouing regular then  we could  try for october but i went back to been 43 days  nw this one has gone 47 days . I thought i was pregnant   because i was feeling sick in mornings heartburn   started with stomach cramps 4 days again and it did cross mymind . I am going to start taking the agnus catus again try and lose a bit off weight hope i get back to regular and try again  its all doing my head because its what i really want and my hopes are shattered again. why is my body sending these symptoms of preganacie to me when allits doing is a period arh  i could scream . sorry if doesnt make sense

try to relax and dont get stressed - I know how frustrating its is when I started trying it seemed like everyone around me was pregnant even my gp. In the end it took 13 months and I used ovulation kit for the last 3 months. losing some weight walking keeping active all good ideas (dont forget your folic acid) keep a diary of your periods and if nothing happens in 6 months go back and see gp - good luckx

Hi i do keep a diary of my dates and i dont really over eat . my problem is comfort eating when i am on my own i am always active i work in the community with the elder . I find it very hard to lose the weight i am broad   in shape . Just goes to show howbroad i am when i have to wear mens shoes cos i am a shoe size 10 but my feet message 1 is 5 1/2  and the other is 6 1/2  told u i was weird . well i have stil got the bleed its nothing like my normal period   its very light   going to test in the morning. Some times if i lifted something heavy my stomach gets pains in it so dont no know whaTS HAPPING .
