I love garlic and onions and if this is a way it is a most enjoyable way of keeping a healthy heart. Tomorrow I am putting on my pedometer and beginning my 30 minutes walks. Hopefully in the good mild weather. I hope to strengthen my heart with my new programme of walking and was thinking about buying an exercisise cycle to stregthen my leg muscles. So I will join you with getting a healthy heart.
