Difficulty maintaining a healthy weight

I have been suffering from bulimia, but I am now eating normally again. Only problem is, I cant seem to stay at the same weight. I keep going between 7st 2lb and 7st 4lb. Its very annoying, so if anyone has and advice on how I can stay at one weight, please help asap!

your weight will always fluctuate by a few pounds. It has a lot to do with the amount of water ur body stores, some days it stores more than others. try drinking plenty of water and your body weight should start to settle down. Hope that helps xXx

over 4 months ago i lost a stone! and i was really proud of myself

but since then i have nearly put the stone back on!

 i am slightly overweight for my age of 18 height of 5"6 and weight at 11st 11

i really find it hard to maintain the weight that i lose!

can anyone help?

Hello,

 The key is finding an eating and exercise plan that you can stick to long term, that's how you maintain a healthy weight. It's all about having good habits that you keep up. Diets do work, but then what happens when you come off them?

I'm 5'4" and a size 10/12 and I maintain this by trying to eat well most of the time and trying to keep active. I drink lots of water and eat fruit as snacks during the day. I also try to have some veg with at least one of my meals.

It also takes some planning. If you've got nothing to eat in the house are you more likely to go to the supermarket and buy the ingredients and then cook a meal when you get home or will you get a takeaway?
