cellulite is getting in the way

Hi there i'm 22 year old girl who has lots of cellulite am 5"2 and 7stn 7 so am not over weight. I was wondering if there's any girls out there who can suggest anything to get rid of this horrible cellulite.I'm going on a holiday and would love to wear a bikini but feel to shy and ugly, any tips on how to get my confidence back and start wearing bikinis again?/

I'm sure it's not that bad and I have always found that you have to get up really close to even see celulite.

People say brushing the skin helps - small circular movements towards the heart before a shower gets the circulation going. Otherwise a bit of fake tan helps disguise it

Hi there thank you,  yeah it is really bad i was fine until about 6 months ago it's really getting me down i am trying everything and anything to get rid of it. lets say when i move it looks worse when i sit it gets worse . But thank you for your reply and i will give the body brushing a go. thank you

 hay,

i have quite alot of cellulite two,

i am 5'2" but i weigh 8stone4

i put on alot of weight after breaking and difusing my coxic  in an iceskating acsident in october 08  

befor that i was skinny under weight and a health freak, i put on just under 2 stone up to now and all in fat because i cannot exersize as sometimes the parts of lose bone from my coxic push againts nerves leaving me momenteraly paralised and in alot of pain.

i try my best to get back into shape but once i have caught a nerve i strugle to do anything even getting out off bed seems like a mountin.

have you got any idea how i can keep fit but not put presure on my lower back ?
