ab-toning belts

I won one of those ab toning belts in a compo last year and i love it! The thing is it only makes your muslces underneath the jelly belly more toned, it doesn't actually work on the fatty bits.

But it does make my stomach muscles feel stronger, and the best thing is that if I've fallen off the diet wagon or skipped an exercise class or three I can just sit round the house with my belt on and feel like at least I'm doing something...

It is quite pricy though. If you bought one I think you'd end up having to do lots of dieting and exercise along with using the belt to make any difference.

those belets are quite good but the only way you can relly tone up your belly is by eating healthily (loads of protein) and working out too. sorry mooksy! i should know I always have jelly belly - got three kids! x

I'm really sorry to disagree but I thinkthose belts are a waste of money. I had one and tried it EVERY day for 2 months and nothing. Going to the gym and doing lots of sit-ups has been the only way for me to tone up. Although as I'm pregnant now, those abs are going to go out fo the windwo for a fair few months!!! LOL.
