HUGE boobs get in my way!

PLEASE!!! help, i have a 42 G cup and would like to find an exercize to get them to shink rapidly! i am currently changing my whole life style and the way i eat and exercize are the biggest part of that but even when i was slimmer my boobs were still huge.  Can anyone please help and give me some tips to firm up and shrink my boobs?!

 Hi Nykita I tried everything to reduce my bust when i was a 36G/H but nothing worked, I know it was a big step but i had them reduced mainly because they where giving me bad back problems, i had it done on the NHS and have never regreted it. I did go down to a 36C  but put on a bit of weight  and now i am  a 388DD and happy as people (mainly male) now talk to my face and not my chest.

i have concidered having my breast reduced but i know that A:- they would tell me to lose weight first as i am currently a size 26/28 but trying my best to lose it and B:- ive seen a lot or breast reductions gone wrong where women have lost their nipples and the scar tissue is so bad that even plastic surgery cannot fix so that put off right away.  i do have a bad back permanently but im not so sure i cold ever have a breast reduction.  thank you for your comment and i will keep it in mind if (once ive lost a lot of weight) they are still really big lol.  Thanx again for the advice. xXx

Hello im Vicky and  iknoe exactly how you feel im only 24 and my chest is a size 42h and it annoys me so much, i would like a away to shrink them as i really dont want to have a reduction as scared of that kind of thing! If that was my last option i would consider it there must be another way!!!

i was a DD cup when i was only 11! before i even started high school so you can imagine the look on all the boys faces when we started swimming in P.E in our first year lol!

I never noticed this thread before - so sorry about the late reply!

I have always had huge boobs which looked ridiculous on my frame as I hover between size 10 and 12 trousers. I was a D cup when I was 13 and then I grew to be a 34JJ cup. I know - TOTALLY out of proportion. The best thing I ever did (apart from having my kids of course) was have a breast reduction in November 2005. I am now a 34C and have never looked back. The surgeon did a really good job and the few faint scars I do have, you can't see when I'm wearing a bra.

I really feel for you Nykita (hope I've spelled that right). When my weight went up or down, it never made a difference to my boobs but maybe they will let you have a reduction if you lost some weight first?

thank you for that raply!  I am on a diet and trying my best to lose weight but if when ive lost the weight they are still huge i think a breast redustion would be my only option so ill keep it in mind thank you! xXx
