I kept ginger biscuits by my bed and didn't get up until I'd eaten a couple. Lots of small meals during the day can also help - don't worry by around 15/16 weeks it should stop! Good luck

i eat crackers when i had morning sickness and thay realy helped me, also i found the earlyer i got up in the morning the more sick i felt, if i had stayed in bed longer i didnt feel as sick, plus its a good excuse for an extra hour in bed x
