Best diet for a fussy eater!

Can anyone recommend a diet that might work for me? I'm a very fussy eater, I like really plain, simple food, mostly stodgy stuff like bread and muffins! I could happily live on toast and nothing else. I read all these diets with things like peppers and onions and I'm like "bleuurgh!" Does anyone have any advice?

Hi Jen,

I have recently lost weight on a diet called the Totals plan on the tescodiets.com site. There are loads of foods that I don't eat so I didn't want to follow a strict plan. I was given an allowance of the Totals per day and had to stick to them for the week. I could keep some back to have a drink at the weekend. You can use some of the samples that they give you or just have your own foods. You should check it out. I lost 10lbs.

Have you tried introducing one new food into your diet a week? That's what I did - I used to be a fussy eater and eat really badly. Variety in your diet is a good thing! You get all the nutrients you need that way :o)

Jen there is nothing wrong with plain simple fayre thats what I eat and usually eat protein and veg. If I am feeling adventurous I put gravy on my potatoes. All sorts of veg. salads can be added to cold meat. One salad I like with cold meat is grated carrot with sultanas and a little fresh orange juice added. The list is endless and so are the variations.
