Re: Stop smokingabout 1 year agoi think b4 you giv up smoking you should change the way you eat and your excersixe regime. I dont smoke but i am very overweight! 2 months ago i weighed just under 19 stone now i'm just under 18 stone! i drink nothing but bottled water and i dont eat chocolate or crap anymore although i do have the odd packet of crisps. I live off of my chicken veg and potato stew type thing (ive put the recipe on the food section of the chat on here) and the chicken bacon and lettuce sandwiches from tesco (tesco light choices) yum yum lol. Once you get in to the swing of eating healthy maybe then you could try using patches or chewing gum or the inhalers or even just throwing them away, once you get past the hardest part you can do it easily from then on, try getting someone to do it with you, have a competition to see who can go longest or a bet even something to keep you going. Ihope this is of help to you and please let me know how you get on. Nykita x~X~x |

Re: Stop smokingabout 1 year agoi stopped 4 months ago and i feel great, never realised hor rotten i was feeling til i look back, ive put a few pounds on, not a lot, my tip is drink lots of water and nibble away on fruit, you will eat more but not for long, and the way i feel far outweighs the few pounds i have gained! go for it! its easier than you think, happy breathing x |
