Cerazette

Cerazette

 I have been using Cerazette for around two months. For the last month, I have been bleeding almost constantly. Just lately I have had the odd day or two here and there where I haven't bled, but it's pretty much non-stop. Also, it's not coming out like blood but more as a sort of dark brownish colour. Is this normal? I have been trying to speak to the doctor but can't get an appointment and when I last spoke to him about it, he said we should deal with it another time. 

Is this normal? Also, I started on this Pill because I wanted my periods to stop (ironically enough), so can anyone recommend a different contraceptive that can do this?

hey chick

i used cerazette for a year - not good. to start with it was ok. i had really bad periods and it lessened the pain but like u i bled for a month n it was like brown goo - gross but true, anyway after tht i got the odd day here n there wher i bled n after a while i got some crap side effects like migraine n breathing problems. now i use implanon and i love it. its a little bar inserted in2 ur arm n protects u from gettin pregnant for upto 3 years n its really gr8 cz u dnt nd 2 take pills everyday. u cn jst forget its there! my periods have stopped and will return when the bar is removed

I have been using the depo provera contraceptive injection and my periods stopped altogether.

i am also taking Cerazette, i also chose this one as i wanted to stop my periods and the lady who i saw to get it said it should stop mine because i was onli normaly on for 3-4days and quite light. i have been taking it for a little under a month and i am still bleeding but very heavy and very dark blood. i dont know what to do because i cant go on some pills because of the risk with breast cancer because every woman in my family that is blood related to me has a form of  breast cancer and most of them found it at an early age. i dernt have the injection as i am nearly 16 and sceared of neadles.

i dont know what to do.
