Re: cooking without alchoholabout 1 year agoHi, I was a Chef, years ago, and I was told that when you cook with alcohol, the alcoholic content was cooked away, for example if using red wine in a spag bol, you are wanting the flavour of the wine not the alcohol, except in uncooked things like sherry trifle,which would get you tipsy, good luck |
