Just wondered if anyone does anything to keep their belly toned. Every so often I'll go for a run If i feel like my belly is getting out of control but then when I stop it comes back. I try doing sit ups too but it never works and I always forget to do them. Anyone got any easy ways to keep your belly flat? Thanks

Hi Jenno - what i do when i am laying in bed or at my desk at work is try pulling in my tummy and hold it like that for as long as u can,  when i do that it does work.  also u can try laying on ur tummy (i think its called the plank) left ur body up just holding urself on ur elbows and ur toes. x
