Philomena, that's amazing, well done on your weight loss. Are you at target weight now or do you want to lose more?

I don't really diet as such (would like to lose about a stone) but I try to eat healthily. My downfall is junk food. I eat quite well, but it's all the crisps and chocolate I have as well that's the problem! I have a desk job and I'm trying to train myself not to sit grazing all day!

What does the diet entail?

Don't sweat the small stuff. It will make you stinky.

Another half stone to go .you start on three shakes a day, which you get from a cambridge counsellor,600 kcal.then move up the steps in wich u have three shakes and a small meal,800 kcal.then you go to two shakes and two meals when you are nearly at your target ,thats what im doin now. you can alo have bars instead of shakes which are nice.then gradually then move up the steps to 1500kcal.
