Exercising when pregnant

Before I got pregnant I woz a real gym bunny, does anyone knmow if its safe to exercise while you're pregnant? and wot sort of exercise can I do? Can I still go to my aerobics class?

I did aqua aerobics and made the effort to walk more (really good towards the end of pregnancy helps get the babys head in the right position) check with your midwife or gym instructor to be on the safe side. Have fun!

I have had 3 pregnancies and exercised until the birth with all three. I then had 2 wonerfull natural child birth experiancies.Sadly the first was out of my control when i developed pre-eclampsia and my birth was controlled by the staff. After each birth my tummy was flat within 3 days and i felt fit as a fiddle. Keep exercising after all pregnancy is natural.
