Hymen Repairabout 1 year agoWell how do i put this in a nice way!! When i am on my periods i use tampons, now what i didnt realise is that i could break my Hymen which would usually break during your first sexual intercourse. I am a virgin and on my wedding night(which is quite along way away) i want to bleed so my husband has the reassurence that i am actually a virgin. Please if anyone knows any surgerys in the UK that does this surgery at an affordable price please let me know, because i am really worried and im actually scared so i really need this. This would make me feel better about myself and give me confidence. |

Re: Hymen Repairabout 1 year agoUmm.......?! Where to start?! OK let's start with why this is so important? I'm not challenging your opinion or anything like that - I would honestly like to know the answer. Your hymen can break for many reasons - riding a boke or a horse, sports, etc. Not everyone who has sex the first time bleeds. Secondly, are you due to get married? If you are, then maybe your future husband won't mind if you don't bleed? My hubby didn't have a clue about all this "woman" stuff when we got married! Have you talked to him about it? It seems a strange request to me, like something from the dark ages - will he prove that he was a virgin? If you're not due to get married - is this something that you know that's expected of you or is it expectations of yourself? I'm sorry, I don't know of any place that does this kind of operation. But I would like to talk to you more about this - please answer this message. I hope I haven't offended you. XXX Don't sweat the small stuff. It will make you stinky. |

Re: Hymen Repairabout 1 year agoi do know that if you dont have sex for years then it will mend itself again! but youd have to stop using tampons or it will keep hapening and wont have a chance to heal! Hope this helps! x Tell those closest to you that you love them as you never know when they might be gone! |

Re: Hymen Repair11 months agoHello, I know this post was seven months ago but I thought I'd give my own thoughts in case anyone is having the same problems. Your hymen can break from all sorts of non sex-related activities - tampons, riding horses, falling off a step - anything can happen. My personal feeling is that one should never worry about proving one's virginity in a marriage, but I'm not going to try to force my view on others. I realise that other people out there might have religious or cultural views that are very different from my own! One thing I would say is that if I needed my hymen to be intact for the first marriage night, I'd be VERY careful about the idea of getting hymen repair surgery. All surgery that you don't need is a risk in life you don't need to take. A culture that feels a hymen on the marriage night is important will know that it is being seen to do the right thing that's important - the hymen has to look like it's broken. If you were able to talk to older women you know, ones you think were kind, they would probably have tips on how to make sure the bedsheet was a little spotted with blood after your first night with your husband. However, if you belonged to the kind of culture where a doctor or experienced person would actually physically check you had a hymen before your marriage night, secretly spotting your bedsheet with blood wouldn't be of much use. Then you probably would have to look into hymen repair surgery. If you googled for it, you could probably find safe people who would perform the surgery, and lots of comments from people who had taken the surgery themselves, so you would know what to expect. If anyone is in this difficult position - good luck with what you have to do. |
