IM TOTALLY LOST

Wasnt sure where to place this post, im turning down chances to meet men and i get annoyed at myself because im tired of being alone, i talk to guys alright when im drunk and i guess my confidence when sober isnt that great, but iv had 2 offers but guys dont seem to realise that im scared incase i get used yet again and believe me ive been there more than enough!!! i want to meet these people but i just can't get myself to say yes and go and do it and im annoying myself as to why? i also feel that i like to have money to go out andmeet people you know incase you need to go for a drink or meal or that and you need it, but im always skint, im on incapacity so i have no money to even buy new clothes im in a rut and im so lost i dunno what im doing, i also applied to college to get back to being around people but incpacity say i have to apply to a panel to go to college im trying to get back on my feet and there stopping me yet they say to many people are on incapacity benefit!!!!!!
