My boyfriend and I havent been together too long adn we are very happy. But he has this problem where he feels he gets attracted to other girls quite easily but we both know nothing is going to happen which nothing has. But he gets in a state where he gets wound up and thinks he may like another girl when he doesn't. He has always got in this state even in past relationships...how can I help him throught this?

 hi there,

well im a little upset at this site right now because no one answers or trys to help on some of the posts. so i will do my best for ya as i noticed no one has tried to help.

it sounds like he might have a panic attck thing going on he thinks he's going to do something bad and doesnt want to kind of thing, n then he panics, i would recomend seeing a doctor as this might be alot more to do with something else thtas happened in his life, panic attacks are quite normal and can happen to anyone, including me ive had a few without warning and well the reasons were all diffrent.  if he is still rather young ie between 15-20ish then it could actually just be his hormones kicking in, men sometimes start this at school others later just like us girls were all diffrent but i would ask him to just have a word with his doctor about it, it could be that the girl thing is just anxiety and has something to do with just growing up and becoming a man.  i hope this helps a little xxxxx
