pregnant?

im probably over reacting, but i'm really bugging out.

4 days ago me and my boyfriend had sex, and his condom broke. i should be getting my period on the 20th, so i should be okay...
but ive been having really bad head & stomach aches, and im really really hungry, like all the time. i feel like im going to throw up often too.
i dont know if this is normal or not, usually my back only aches before i get my period.
i know i'm supposed to wait 2 weeks before i take a test, but is there any way i can find out earlier? i just really want to know i dont have a baby..

can anyone help me out?

Hi Amanda, I can see why you're worried and I would want to know for definite if I was in your shoes too.

There are tests that you can take straight away aren't there? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but your chemist should be able to advise.

Also, I don't know about anyone else, but I've been pregnant 3 times (4 if you count my miscarriage) and the symptoms of those pregnancies started a bit later for me. Apart from sore breats that is.

when i was pregnant, i dint know, i was on the pill and just joined two packs 2gether so i didnt have a period. but i was getting sum really painful cramps, so bad some times that i cudlnt stand up strait. this was the only thing i got other than terrible heart burn after 3 months. the only other that i had was fealing. i know that sounds strange but i just kept thinking "im pregnant" and in the end did a test because i was worried. try and get a test. and fingers crossed the results are what you want xx

Hi i think your are properly really worrying for nothing.If your anything like me, you start imagining things, it's horrible.I have had two children and never got any syptoms until i was around 6 weeks gone. However if you wabt to be sure there are tests that you can do 5 days before your period is due. Good luck and all the best! Let me know the outcome! x

yeah, i found out there are tests you can take earlier. i cant seem to find them though, hah.
and i cant go to the doctors to find out or anything, cuz my parents have no idea. and i dont have anyone that i trust and is old enough to take me. thats why i was going to just wait the two weeks and then take the test, but then i thought i was gonna get my period on sunday so i had nothing to worry about, but i didnt get it and i still havent, so im back to freaking out again. i feel like i have it, cuz i have so many cramps and stuff, but i dont.
the only thing thats changed is that im still constantly hungry, but after i eat even a little bit, i get a headache and i feel like im going to throw up.

Hi Amanda - Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm guessing you're in your teens, as you say you live with your parents.

if you need to talk to someone and can't face going to your doctor, then why not try Brook www.brook.org.uk or call them on 0800 0185 023. They give free confidential advice to young people about sex and situations just like yours. They won't preach to you and willl just listen in an honest open manner.

hi amanda, i dont want to worry you but when i was pregnant i had the same thing. are you only young then? i was 17 when i fell pregnant and 18 when i had my little boy, he is nearly 7 months now. but being young and pregnant is difficult. my boyfrenind is with me now but through out the pregnancy he wasnt, not even through the babys life. if you find you are pregnant then im here to talk if you like because i know what its like to have the pressure from family and the word abortion thrown at you like its something easy to choose and go through. i wish you the best of luck. (and if the condom had split y not go strait to the pharmacy and buy the morning after pill)
