Got any good fridge cake recipes?

Hello everyone!

I found a delicious fridge cake recipe and made it for a dinner party last weekend - it went down a treat AND I have loads left over for me to eat (whether that's actually a good thing remains to be seen!).  I'd like to try some variations on it though. Can you do fridge cake without the chocolate, what nice alternative fillings are there?

250g/8oz digestive biscuits
150g/5oz milk chocolate
150g/5oz dark chocolate
100g/3½oz unsalted butter
150g/5oz golden syrup
100g/3½oz dried apricots, chopped
75g/2½oz raisins
60g/2oz pecans, chopped (optional)

i love chocolate fridge cake!!! as soon as i saw this message it took me right back to when my mum used to make it for a sepcial treat. i havnt had it in years and will definitely be giving this one a go. thanks kitty!! xx
