It's good to get a tough dvd that you can't keep up with though. if it's too easy then you don't get a good enuf workout. you should do the nell macandrew one and just do as much as you can, take a break if you need to and the more you do it the more you'll get better at it and fitter too!!!

i have the Vicky Binns one as well, it is quite hard but stick with it.  i dont get as much time as i would like to do it as running around after my 4 year old takes up most of my time.

As anyone else any good ideas for exercise u havent go much time?

At home I have that exercise DVD that was brought out by Claire Sweeney (used to be on Brookside) - she did it along with Weight Watchers. I like that because it has different sessions to choose from, different levels and different lengths of time. It also has some yoga moves in which I love.

You could try that one - it won't be that expensive either now it's been out a while.

Actually, you've all put me to shame - I should clean the dust off my copy and use the bloody thing *lol*

I can't remember the name but if you go onto Amazon or somewhere similar and search for Claire Sweeney fitness under DVDs I'm sure it will be there.

Yep, REALLY need to do more exercise but I've been saying that for the last 2 years since I started back at work!
