Anyone tried the lemon juice diet?

Im looking for diets to get in my bikini as youll know if you saw my other message. Just found the lemon juice diet by Theresa Cheung.

Has anyone tried this? It looks like its all about having lemon with your meals but im suspicious cos the rest of it looks like its taken bits from other diets. But i am despertae so anyone?????

It looks really easy actually, and id really like to start eating more healthily so it sounds right up my street. The tips are great and seem kind of easy to keep to. It's great you can eat what you like as long as you add a squirt of lemon juice! Hehe.

Yes if you mean the Lemon Detox Diet. I tried it about 2 months ago, and it was the hardest thigh I have ever done to try and lose weight but it was worth it as the results were unbelieveable. I followed the intense detox and lost 18lbs during the 2 weeks! I can asure you it definatley works, but you have to follow it correctly if you want the fantastic results. I am so much happier with my body, and are considering the lemon diet again after christmas.

I bought the full kit which included all the syrup, the lemons, ginger and pepper i needed to make the drink. and was well worth every single penny.
