need advice

Hi Everyone

need a bit of advice. I met this man a year ago & seemed to be 'the one'. Having been very choosy for a number of years. All appeared to be going well until be became very secertative with his phone. However, all the outward signs were that we were very much a couple and still are. I'm introduced to his friends have dinner parties with them introduced to his family etc etc. Until he left his computer email open and I found he has joined dating sites and emailing female friends he has met on friends reunited stating he has just come out of a 4yr relationship and is single!! I don't know what's going on. Can anyone throw a bit of light on this as I am really confused.

I'm sorry to say this but from what you say it sounds like your partner is having (or trying to have) an affair.

I may be wrong (and I hope I am, really) but I think you should just be honest with him and say that you noticed his emails from this dating website or whatever it was. Give him a chance to put his point of view across.

 You could then decide where to take it from there. Don't knock Relate or any other form of counselling. I've had friends who've had it and can't sing it's praises enough. Especially if you (both) want this relationship to work.

i have thought about it and read it a few times

in my opinion and i have been wrong before but when a guy starts to be secretive with his phone and has joined a datig site there is only one thing you can really do and that is to ask him about it you have seen it with your own eyes sohe cant say that you are imagining it which seems to be a very popular line with guys

sorry to have said that as i know how hard it is when you dont know if you can trust the man you are in love with
