Cardiovascular exercise?11 months agoWhat you're looking at here is a very unhealthy person who smokes 20 a day and loses their puff if they run for a bus. Have you got any advice (apart from give up smoking!) for how I can keep my heart a bit more healthy? I really love hula hooping - I was playing with my little brother's hula hoop over xmas and that seemed to be working my heart AND stomach muscles pretty well. I hate skipping, but I've heard using a skipping rope 5 minutes a day can make a huge difference. Does anyone have any other ideas? |
