Feeling down in the dumps!about 1 year agoIs it just me or is winter so depressing?! I hate going to work when its dark and getting home when its dark it throws my sleep right out the window! |

Re: Feeling down in the dumps!about 1 year agoSAD is seasonal affective disorder, they've got stuff about it on here in the your condition bit in health, and i remember in the apprentice last year Christina was selling those lamps, thats where i heard bout it. Basically its when u get miserable in winter cos theres no sun so for some reason that can make u more depressed (seratonin levels or sumthing like that :s ??) |
