Re: shingles11 months agoHi there Shingles normally lasts around 2-4 weeks, I'm afraid. Re: shingles11 months agoIt generally depends whether you have a strong immune system. My late husband had shingles when he was on kidney dialysis, it was quite a nasty bout and lasted about a fortnight, he had some special ointment to paint on the blistered area. Unfortunately it left him with scars, all three of my children caught chicken pox from it. I had shingles on my arm, I didn't have many blisters but a great deal of pain, luckily mine cleared up in just over a week as I have a stronger immune system than what my husband had. |
