can anyone suggest whats wrong

i was due my period on the 17th april i did have a slight bleed for 7days but it wasnt normal as my periods have only ever lasted 3days, i stared spotting on the 17th it was kind of pinkish that last for 3days then for about 4days i had a kind of dark orange/red blood but not much since then i have had slight stomache cramps and weeing loads more then normal, been really sick ive been sleeping all day and night ive also had a headache witch i cant get rid of. i have been to my doctor who thought i was pregnant but my pregnancy test came back negative so im confused could my symptoms be caused by some thing else or could i be pregnant? and if i am is it normal to get a negative test and this stage as i would be 7-8 weeks??

Hi Samy

I would go back to your doctor and make him/her do some more tests or something. Tell them you're worried.

It's probably an infection or something like that which you need medication for. But please go back to your doctor.
