Hi all,

I'm going on holiday in a month - anyone got any ideas on how I can lose about 7lbs in this time?

Anyone tried a diet that's worked? hopefully it will work for me too.

Hi Jenno

You could try one of the quick results diets on this site under Diets? If it's only 7 pounds you want to lose, then you could do this in a month, "easily"
