hi,

a couple of months ago my periods dissapeared so i did afew tests and they all came back negative. the last test i did was 2 months ago. then i split up with my partner but i was still sleeping with him behind his new girlfriends back. Then i met my new man and started sleeping with him. so i ended up sleeping with both within a week of each other. so my period still didnt come so i did a test and it was positive and i did another to double check and it was also positive. how do i know when i got pregnant and who's baby it is? i dont want to tell my ex as i really dont want him anymore. xx

The only way to find out is to register your pregnancy with your GP and ask for an early pregnancy scan.  This scan will determine the baby's age and when it was conceived.  Explain your predicament to your doctor.  If you do not wish to tell him your personal problem then you will need to tell a white lie and say that you are in discomfort or spotting with blood.  I had an early scan as I had slight pains at 7 weeks.

thanks,  had a scan and foundi i was 13 weeks. i was really shocked didnt think i was that far on. anyway at least i definitly know whose it is now. thanks for the advice xx
