Chop Sticks to Stay Skinny

Hi everyone, this might sound a bit strange but i found that eating with chopsticks can help keep those flabby bits away. It comes down to the whole smaller portion explanation. Most people aren't aware that it takes our brain up to 5 mins to register that we are full, thats why we can often eat ourselfs into an uncomftable state where you have to undo the old top button. Eating with chopsticks will get you into the routine of eating smaller amounts without thinking about it. You will notice that your leaving more on your plate simlpy because your eating slower and realising you are full before you get to that horrible bloated stage. It worked for me, I've gone from a size 14 to a size ten and the best part is small portions actually fill me up now instead of always going back for seconds. What i eat hasn't changed i just cant eat as much as i used too. Think about how much you can shovel onto your fork and much you can get on your chopsticks? Its so simply

Good luck x x
