SAD syndrome4 months agoI have been advised by my GP that I am suffreing from SAD (yes he actually recognises it as a medical condition) and that I could benefit from the use of a sad lightbox. Being a pensioner I have to be careful with my pennies and am wondering if anyone can advise on the best type of lamp to purchase at a reasonable price. Georgina |
