This take on the traditional Caesar salad uses turkey as a tasty and healthier alternative to chicken.

170g (6oz) pack wafer thin turkey ham
1 Romaine lettuce
2 hard boiled eggs
1 60g (2oz) pack croutons
10g (1/2oz) Parmesan cheese grated
Black pepper to season
Dressing
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic crushed
Salt & pepper to season
1. Arrange the lettuce between two serving bowls and divide the turkey ham, egg, croutons and parmesan between the two bowls.
2. Prepare the dressing by mixing the ingredients together in a jug.
3. Pour the dressing over the salads and serve.
