Eat the right portion size says Angela Dowden
It's easy to forget how much you should be eating if you live with a hungry man. In general, your meal should be about a fifth smaller than his. As a rough guide, your portion of meat should be no bigger than a pack of cards, and your serving of pasta or rice should only be about the size of your fist.

It is worth noting that the 'hungry man' mentioned above is probably also eating more than he needs to. How about giving a visual portion size guide for average healthy eating, not just those trying to lose weight. (not a gripe, but that's what I've been looking for on the web and can only find diet sheet guidelines :) )
