It sounds very interesting and i shall consider trying it out and maybe also introduce it to my colleagues. I don't know whether it is useful because i havn't tried it out but when i do try it out and notice a change then i will diffinately give you my feedback on my success. And if i don't notice a change then i will be very dissapointed and i will also give you a feedback to that but for now thank you for this tip and see how it goes. king regards, Shahrin Haque.

I cut down on the portions I was having at tea time. Instead of putting food on a normal size dinner plate I put it on a smaller plate. I cut out crisps and biscuits I replaced biscuits with a Go Ahead bar, Weight Watchers biscuits and a low fat Muller rice. I also have bananas and apples. I lost 7 pounds in a month. You also need to do exercise I walk about an hour every day. I do allow myself a treat about once or twice a month. I think if you try and cut out everything and not allow yoursdelf a treat dieting can become very tedious and you tend to start snacking again.
