Angela Falaschi on how to snack healthily
Keep an eye on what you eat when you're tired. We've all reached for the biscuit tin for a quick energy fix, but these snacks can lead to you piling on 10 pounds or more in a year. Sugary foods also cause your blood-sugar levels to rise. When they crash again, you'll be left craving more sweet things. Go for snacks that release energy slowly instead, like fresh fruit and nuts.
