This is not actually true, for you to speed up your metabiolism you need to raise your body temperature and hot foods such a chillies don't raise your temperature enough to have such an effect. In theory you would have to eat a bin bag full for it to be effective.

you tips have been fantasticbut the truth is im only 11 and i weigh 6 stone i was'nt sure weather this was ok so anyway i look at some loose weight tips and now im quite skinny like my mates and i feel more comfortable in bikini's when i go to pool partys etc and so i want to say a big thanks to all for ........ 1.making me feel more comfortable 2.making me look great 3.for making me healthy thankyou ever so much x
