How to eat chocolate on a diet
I promised my weight-watching friend that I'd bring a diet dessert along for dinner at her house. I found some sugar-free milk chocolates (Celtic After Dinner Selection, £4.95, from www.sugarfreesuperstore.co.uk) and they tasted great. Our husbands had no idea!

Has anyone tried the 'skinny cow' range? It's ice cream and the chocolate fudge lolly things are delicious! They've started bringing out new flavours now too, but we all know it's the chocolate we crave!!
