A top exercise book
I've been going to the gym for six months now, and needed something to encourage me to keep it up. My Fitness Journal by Sam Murphy, encourages you to log your exercise details, so that you can then clearly see the progress that you make. It also offers handy tips and facts. I've found it a great help.
