Water regulates metabolism and is also great for the skin so I keep a jug filled with fruit squashes on my desk, to make it pleasant to drink.

Wouldn't it just be best to drink water? Fruit juices and other squashes can be high in sugar and whilst keeping hydrated is great for your body, sugar based drinks should be avoided by anyone tryin to lose weight or maintain a healthy diet. If you want to add some flavour why not try herbal teas? There are plenty on the market and if you dont like hot drinks just leave it to cool and hey presto sugar free flavoured water.
