ive been on the weight watchers diet for 4wks now. and ive lost a total of 9 1/2lbs. is recommend it to anyone that like to eat want they want but u have to watch portion sizes. there are 2 plans to choose from the core plan and the points system. give it a go u have nothing to lose except weight,
