How to cope without meat
I'm not a vegetarian, but I use veggie mince now instead of minced beef. It has only half the calories, and when I'm making a spaghetti bolognaise or a shepherd's pie I barely notice the difference. And nor do my family.

this is good i think it is important that meat eaters no that vegitarian food is also good :P
