I find things I buy in the shops of lettle use for loosing weight .I have used every diet you can think of and have stuck on 12stone 4 pounds for 2 years. I am 74 years and I go linedancing three times a week.I am very fit but am still trying to loose weight I am now going to try your diet and will let you know if it works
