I tried the Beverly Hills Diet

I tried the Beverly Hills Diet partly because the name sounded glamorous and partly because I'd heard food combining really works.

I really enjoyed eating a big bowl of fruit for breakfast but you'd struggle if you didn't like fruit. For the rest of the day, the diet's really easy to follow. You can basically eat what you like as long as you don't combine protein and carbohydrate.

On this diet, I was less bloated and windy than normal. I also found it really easy to stick to if I went out for a meal. I stuck at the diet for the whole 35 days and although I didn't lose 15 pounds like they advertise, I lost half a stone. Even now, I'm sticking to some of the rules like having fruit for breakfast.
