Eat What You Like Diet
The Eat What You Like Diet, or Nutracheck Diet, is a user-friendly food diary service that even offers a unique calorie checker for your mobile phone if you want it. In a recent survey, two out of three people who'd used the service said they'd found it more effective than other diets they'd tried in the past. Get a taste of how it works here.
What is it?
Nutracheck is only available online and you also have the option to download a handy food diary program onto your mobile for convenience. You sign up to the service to receive personalised calorie, fat and exercise targets. It doesn't forbid any foods and allows you to manage your diet using an online food diary.
How does it work?
According to Nutracheck, most people underestimate how much they actually eat in a day by up to a third. By filling in an online food diary honestly you can tell where those extra calories are coming from and how to cut them out.
Best of all, there are no banned foods. You can eat whatever you like as long as they fall within your calorie limit. It sounds simple but eating fewer calories every day really is a fail-safe way to lose weight!
