I'd been feeling really run-down and stressed about how I looked, especially after turning 50, so I decided to try this diet.
I like fruit and veg, so it was no bother eating so much of it. I hardly ever felt hungry and by the end of the months, I'd lost over half a stone and my skin looked better. Even my husband noticed, which is quite something! I'm going to do it again in a couple of months.
