I tried the Eat Every 13 Minutes Diet

As someone who loves snacking, I couldn't resist a diet where I got to eat every 13 minutes! The breakfasts, lunches and dinners are filling and easy to make as well. Then, on top of that, you eat tiny pieces of fruit and protein every 13 minutes. You can even dip them in salad dressing as long as it's fat free.

I took a big box of raw veg and chicken pieces to work with me and snacked on them throughout the day. I was so busy eating them, I hardly noticed when biscuits or cakes went round. I lost nearly half a stone in two weeks!
