I tried the Drop A Dress Size In Five Days Diet
I liked the idea of this diet, even if it did sound a bit unlikely. Five days doesn't seem long enough to lose that much weight but I thought I'd try it.
It's a really simple plan and there are some dead easy options like shop-bought soup or a baked potato for lunch. The evening meals are pretty much what I cook anyway so that was good. I really liked the fact I could have two snacks a day. I tended to have a yogurt mid-morning and then three squares of dark chocolate in the afternoon.
The only problem was, I hardly lost any weight - only about two pounds really. I was a size 14 to start with and I wanted to be a 12 but I don't think you'd drop a dress size on this diet unless you were a bigger size to start off with. My size 14 clothes didn't feel tight afterwards though, so I'm sure it did something.

I try & exrecise daily, so i can eat roughtly or within reason what l like, without stuffing my face, which is good, so just put half an hour out to exrecise, then you can eat what you like without dieting, as once you get over a diet then you put on extra weight, also then when you see a large quanitity of food, you then cringe with fear of your zip not fastening up or skirt not fitting, so i exrecise, so i am able to have a treat a few times during the week, just have to avoid in having a large feed after a workout, just something light.
