I tried the High Protein Diet
I wanted to lose a stone before my holiday but I have a huge appetite and diets always leave me starving. I kept reading that high protein foods like meat, cheese and eggs would fill me up and help me lose weight at the same time. It sounded too good to be true, and it was.
I tried the high protein diet for two weeks then gave up because I couldn't stand it any longer. It was so boring and I got constipated because I wasn't eating enough fruit. I wasn't hungry though and I did lose 7lbs! But I still don't think it was worth it.
