I tried the Lazy Girl's Diet

Being single, busy and hard-working there's no way I could follow a diet where you had to cook at home. I'm never in the kitchen so I really liked the sound of the Lazy Girl's Diet.

My supermarket didn't have all the meals that the diet listed for dinners so I ended up having mushroom stroganoff every night! Since I eat out a lot it was sometimes difficult to decide what to eat. The hardest thing was staying off the wine - all my friends thought I was pregnant!

After a month, I lost 11 pounds but I think I may have done that anyway just by watching what I ate so carefully and having dropped the booze. I think next time I'll just decide to eat healthily and actually start cooking decent food at home.
